Permanova has a great knowledge and a long experience of laser materials processing, industrial equipment and high power optics. This experience is the base for our laser process tools, that meet the high production demands of today. And tomorrow. Our process tools are made for laser processes such as welding, cutting, brazing and laser hybrid welding. The tools include beam-shaping optics, but may also include essential process related functions such as height control, pressure device and seam tracking. Calibration tools, monitoring equipment and accessories are also part of our product offer. We design and assemble our process tools to be easy to install on robotic equipment, and to allow fast set-up of the process, and to be easy to handle regarding preventive maintenance and service. All our process tools are made with highest possible reliability in mind, to maximize up-time in production.
